How payments, funds, and payouts work.

This Billing and Payouts Policy explains how Premium purchases, Stripe Checkout, payment methods, creator earnings, creator withdrawals, and account closure work on Morgames. It complements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

It describes the current product flow and is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Your rights may also depend on mandatory law and Stripe's terms for your country.

Morgames Premium plans can be offered monthly or yearly. A recurring plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period unless it is cancelled from Billing settings before renewal. Cancelling normally keeps Premium access until the current paid period ends.

A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for the stated tier and does not renew. Prices, currencies, applicable taxes, and any trial or promotional terms are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment.

Premium access is determined from successful Stripe billing events. A failed, disputed, refunded, expired, or cancelled payment can change or end the related entitlement in accordance with the plan and Stripe event status.

Morgames uses Stripe Checkout to collect Premium payments. Stripe determines which payment methods are available for a transaction based on the methods enabled by Morgames, the currency, location, eligibility, and Stripe's risk controls.

Morgames does not receive or store full card numbers, CVC codes, bank login credentials, IBANs, or equivalent sensitive payment credentials. Stripe processes those details under its own terms and privacy notice.

The Billing settings can display Stripe-provided payment-method references and masked card details, such as brand and last four digits, so you can recognize a saved method. Invoices and receipts are supplied through Stripe where available.

Eligible creator earnings are calculated from advertising revenue actually received and reconciled by Morgames for published games. Current creator and platform shares, holding periods, eligibility checks, adjustments, and the EUR 50 minimum withdrawal are described in the Terms of Service and shown in the creator dashboard where applicable.

Before a withdrawal, a creator must complete Stripe verification and have payouts enabled. Morgames creates transfers to the creator's Stripe connected account; Stripe then handles the connected account's payout destination, verification requirements, timing, and any applicable provider fees.

Reported or pending earnings are not a guarantee of a final payout. We can delay, reduce, reverse, or withhold amounts for reconciliation, duplicate events, invalid traffic, fraud, provider corrections, refunds, disputes, taxes, legal requirements, or policy violations.

Stripe hosts the payment checkout, payment-method vault, invoices, subscription records, connected-account onboarding, identity verification, and payout-destination details. Stripe can collect identity, tax, contact, bank-account, IBAN, and eligible debit-card information directly from creators.

Morgames stores the minimum operational references needed to run the service in its Supabase/Postgres database: Stripe customer, subscription, price, entitlement, connected-account, transfer, payout-status, billing-status, revenue-ledger, and reconciliation identifiers; masked payment-method details; and related timestamps. Project data and financial references are not stored in browser local storage as a source of truth.

We do not intentionally store raw card data, full bank-account numbers, IBANs, identity documents, or Stripe onboarding form responses in Morgames databases. For broader infrastructure and retention information, see the Privacy Policy.

Morgames never automatically transfers a creator's Stripe balance to Morgames because the creator deletes their account. A creator must withdraw or otherwise resolve an available or pending Stripe balance through their connected account before a payout account can be closed.

For safety, account deletion is blocked while a Premium subscription is active, a withdrawal is processing, a connected Stripe account has a non-zero available or pending balance, or financial records must still be retained for reconciliation, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal obligations.

When it is safe to do so, Morgames closes the Stripe connected payout account before deleting the linked Morgames account. Stripe and Morgames may retain limited financial history where required. Deleting a Morgames account does not erase records that Stripe must retain under its own policies.

Use Billing settings to manage a current plan, cancel an eligible renewal, review payment methods, view billing history, and access creator payout controls. Use the support center if a subscription, invoice, transfer, verification status, or closure request needs help.

We may update this policy when billing, payout, security, legal, or provider requirements change. Material changes take effect when posted unless a different notice is required by law.
