Clear rules for building with Morgames.

Morgames is a browser-based game creation platform for building visual game logic, managing projects, publishing games, handling account security, using support forms, and accessing eligible creator monetization features.

Some features are still evolving. Preview analytics, publishing, collaboration, connected accounts, monetization, and game systems may change as the platform develops.

You are responsible for keeping your login methods secure, including your password, passkeys, two-factor authentication, active sessions, connected accounts, and device approvals.

You must provide accurate account information and must not use Morgames to impersonate another person, bypass security, or access data that does not belong to you.

You may use an unverified account with limited access, but you must verify the account email before publishing games, connecting a payout account, or requesting creator withdrawals.

You keep ownership of the content you create in Morgames, including project names, descriptions, builder state, assets you upload, and game logic you build.

When you publish a game, you allow Morgames to host, display, process, and deliver that game so the public version and analytics can work.

After a game is published, the published state is locked. If you update the game, you may need to publish an update with a title and description before the new public version is treated as live.

If your game asks players to share an email address, you must state a clear game-related purpose, use the address only for that disclosed purpose, protect it, honor applicable privacy rights, and comply with consent, age and marketing laws. Morgames does not permit silent email collection through a game.

Do not upload or publish malware, phishing content, illegal material, content that violates someone else’s rights, or content designed to abuse Morgames infrastructure.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer private APIs, bypass rate limits, scrape private data, interfere with websocket sessions, or attack accounts, sessions, projects, forms, or connected account flows.

The support center and request forms are part of Morgames support workflows. You may need to be logged in before submitting support, beta, contact, or other request forms.

Form submissions should be accurate and relevant. Abuse, spam, or security-sensitive requests may be rejected or removed.

Morgames can integrate with services such as Supabase, Turso, Vercel, Cloudflare/CDN storage, OAuth providers, advertising providers, cookie consent tooling, and Stripe for creator onboarding and payouts.

Third-party login or account connection features are optional. If you connect a provider, that connection is used to authenticate or identify the linked account according to the permissions shown during the provider flow.

Third-party services have their own availability, eligibility, verification, fees, terms, and privacy practices. Morgames cannot guarantee that a provider will approve an account, deliver an advertisement, or complete a payout.

Premium payments, creator earnings, Stripe processing, withdrawal safeguards, and financial-data handling are described in the Billing and Payouts Policy.

Eligible creators can earn a 70% creator share of advertising revenue that Morgames receives and successfully reconciles for their published games. Morgames retains 30% for platform operation and distribution. Preview or simulated advertisements do not generate earnings, and an ad opportunity does not guarantee that an advertisement will be available or paid.

Reported amounts can remain pending during the configured holding and reconciliation period. Invalid traffic, provider adjustments, refunds, reversals, duplicate events, fraud, policy violations, taxes, legally required withholding, and amounts not received by Morgames can reduce, delay, reverse, or make revenue ineligible.

Creator payouts require an eligible and verified Stripe connected account with payouts enabled. Stripe collects identity and payout-account details in its hosted flow. The current minimum withdrawal is EUR 50, and payout timing, destination availability, conversion, and provider fees can depend on Stripe, the creator's country, currency, and financial institution.

Creators are responsible for accurate onboarding and tax information, compliance with advertising and platform policies, and taxes or reporting obligations that apply to their earnings. Morgames may suspend monetization or withdrawals while investigating security, fraud, compliance, ownership, or reconciliation issues.

Morgames may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

Interface features such as themes, animations, and time-based color adjustments may change over time and can behave differently depending on browser, device, accessibility, and system settings.

We try to preserve creator work, but you should keep copies of important assets and exports when available.

You may delete your account from the privacy and security settings when that feature is available for your account.

Morgames may restrict or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or is used for abuse.

Account closure does not require immediate deletion of transaction, payout, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance records that must be retained, and it does not cancel obligations or adjustments already connected to monetization activity.

Morgames is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free features, specific analytics results, or suitability for a particular use.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Morgames is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
